Athlete Responsibilities.

- Reproduction or commercial resale of Coach Counsel proprietary technical drills or strategy blueprints.

- Misrepresentation of Coach Counsel advice as a substitute for professional medical clearance.
Liability & Risk.
Engagement with athletic training involves inherent kinetic risks. Coach Counsel provides the strategy; the execution and physical readiness are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Self-Assessment
Users are required to verify their technical competency and physical tolerance before attempting advanced exercise patterns detailed in our mentorship guides.
Limited Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Coach Counsel is not liable for incidental setbacks arising from the incorrect application of kinetic training drills.
Intellectual Property
